The National program for Behavioral Rewards – Fazaa  

The program falls under the umbrella of the Behavioral Rewards Department, which is considered one of the virtual unites at the Ministry of Possibilities that was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to represent the new generation of government practices focused on finding proactive and fundamental solutions to challenges, built on a pioneering developmental approach that was inspired by the UAE from the late HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and the founding fathers, in building our country and setting it among the most advanced countries in the world.

The National Program for Behavioral Rewards – Fazaa is considered globally unique as it encompasses rewarding offers for positive behavior, and investing productive capacities in the society and employing them within an institutional framework. Various segments of the society benefit from this program, from students, youths, families, the elderly, and people of determination, to businessmen, companies, and employees, by consolidating their positive behavior through the launching of a set of initiatives that motivates them to adopt it. The program focuses on the study of behavioral science and employs specialized teams to conduct research and create innovative designs for governmental experiments based on which it will launch a set of special initiatives and innovative unconventional solutions that address the crucial challenges and harness all potentials, resources, and capacities to establish a more progressive and proactive thought for the future.
