Encouraging Emiratisation in the private sector

The Program of Behavioral Rewards at the Ministry of Possibilities launched the “ Emiratisation of the Private Sector and Entrepreneurs” initiative that aims at encouraging Emiratis to work in the private sector, promoting the private sector to adopt the concept of Emiratisation as a national responsibility and spread the sense of positive competitiveness among its institutions, and providing an enticing environment for Emirati talents, skills, and expertise that constitute a qualitative addition required by the national economy.
